For the most part had enough freedom to say that if I didn't like my job after 12 months in it it would be my own fault, something you cannot take for granted.

You gain experience and meet some good people

They say they are a family run business like it's a good thing but they show little care for those who work there that aren't from money and in higher up roles. The HR system is against the employer and works on a 'your word against theirs' basis.
