Pros

For the most part, I loved my co-workers. There were certain people in upper management that I loved speaking to and working with. Most of the customer interaction was the highlight of my days working there. They are very flexible with your schedule.

Kontras

There is a general lack of caring or investing in employees there. The turnover is very high, and yes, some of that is because there are employees who work during the summer and leave when school starts, but if they'd put in a little more effort making their employees feel like they were valued/investing in their employees, the turnover rate would be lower. Their way of dealing with upset employees' questions was to simply ignore them. I was hired full time and was given the impression that I would be able to "make my own check off of commission" and to "make my own hours, as many as I wanted." Do NOT believe this. It is minimum wage, and while you do get some commission, unless you live in an area in which you have ample opportunity to sell a lot, don't expect a big paycheck and don't use this as your main income! You will not get 40 hrs, even if you are a "full time" hire. You do have opportunity for promotion, but the promotion is not worth the pay!
