management is horrible and inconsistent and the spa is terribly dirty. if you want to work somewhere where management could care less about you in any form, your pay is unfair, your expectations for work duties is out of this world, and management is never there for you, you’ve found the right place :) the owner of this spa is a cheap a-hole and the managers are right up there with him. they are inconsistent, horrible communicators, not supportive at all, and would rather hire 20+ employees for front desk within less than a year, than to actually care about building up a good stable staff. they treat their employees like they’re disposable and are quick to replace you. talk about a terrible turnover rate lmao this place is embarrassing!!! this place also is covered in mold and the only reason you can’t see it is because they keeps the light so dark LMAO… there was even complaints about the towels smelling of mildew but no one ever wanted to contribute with laundry.. everything was always broken and the owner never wanted to properly fix anything…
