Pros
Benefits are decent for the cost of the premiums and they have a benefit allowance that covers the cost of the insured employee. 401k matching. Great coworkers. All bank holidays/federal reserve holidays are off.
Kontras
Very limited room for growth - you're likely only going to move up if someone above you quits or retires. The annual bonuses are abysmal and while there are opportunities to receive purchase incentive bonuses, they are dependent on factors outside of your control and they are split amongst the office, not based on individual performance. No options for remote work. Management is inconsistent and micro-manages, causes chaos and drama amongst staff. There is a significant lack of transparency on policies, procedures, and decisions that impact employees. Hard work is often rewarded with a heavier workload, higher expectations, no overtime, and few opportunities to increase salary or get promoted. Management does not back up or support employees when dealing with client issues or disputes and will undermine staff in front of clients despite staff doing what management advised them to do privately.
