I enjoy the full time benefits, my medical is completely covered and dental +vision is only roughly $15 a month. Annual merit increases of 4% until you cap out. Great to have 9/80 work schedule.
Kontras
No education/tuition reimbursement or retirement matching opportunities. Limited PTO, slow to accrue. You can switch departments but otherwise no real room for growth. Limited to no remote opportunities.
