Supportive, great culture, flexible. There's not one time I've regretted making the decision to finally after many years of nursing to try a county hospital. I work as a nurse in corrections and honestly love my job. I've done a lot in my career and finally I thoroughly enjoy coming to a job where I enjoy what I do, who I work for and with. It's challenging at times, but I have zero complaints. My manager and director are great, supportive, very open, and communicative.
