Experience in a fast paced work environment. Some nice people come through the doors occasionally.
Kontras
Expectation is that you hit the ground running at 110% regardless of your background or experience, and it only gets more difficult from there.
Management are terrible, with no idea how to motivate or organise a workforce. Everything is on the engineer and their life. All the miles driven, all the calls made all the travel time taken without a hint of it being paid back or an incentive given.
Work hours here are long and tough and the pay will be well below the average if they can hook you in at that lower level. No respect or encouragement is given from above and nothing is expressed or given to make you want to better yourself with them or work your way up.
The office isn't particularly nice either.
