Pros

-Good app for organising your shifts, you can also pick up extra shifts on the team group chat. -Very good retail training for a first job, you learn luxury customer service and how to promote products in store to customers through product demonstrations and promotions at the front of the store. You get lots of free products from training events, as well as a christmas gift, an onboarding gift, a free ritual bag and a free perfume spray.

Kontras

Very high sales targets, and a lot of pressure to meet these expectations. Did experience pressure from a manager to go up to customers a lot to try to get them to purchase more in store, even when the customers had declined needing help from me previously.

- rude - the workers there are like forty years old crying about a non-commission sale to a 16 year old
