It's good place to start working as a fresher with no experience where I got to learn a lot of new things that my school didn't teach me. Got to work on lot of project as an intern.

To a fresher, this is a good place to start with, but with the experience that I gained there, I am looking for a job that is more challenging than the current one.

- Willing to pay for certifications - Lots of team bonding events - Flexible work hours - Work with a variety of different IPOs

- 1 person assigned to manage over a project (sometimes too stressful) - A lot of troubleshooting - Low budget on technology - Growing pains of a small start up
