The people who hire people managers do not do a thorough background check on the people managers abilities. A people manager should know how to speak and treat their team members in a civilized manner. They should not be talking about others behind their backs. They should not belittle their team in front of others! They should not be a bully! RB should have 360 degree reviews not just peer to peer (which is ridiculous too). 360 reviews will let people managers and their manager know how the people manager is doing as a people manager. The majority of people managers at RB are the worst! They are bullies!! Employees are afraid of speaking up when a fellow employee is being bullied. I've witnessed a person being bullied and I've been bullied. RB does not do anything to help the situation. RB does not try to keep the good employees who are qualified and do what is right.
