Risposta is the worst company in the whole world. They have no ethics, no respect for the dignity of labour, and not a single person is treated humanely. Forget about men—women are treated like slaves, and the CEO uses vulgar 'desi' language. All your energy gets wasted even if you work 24/7, 365 days a year. The mental trauma faced by employees is unimaginable. There’s a huge difference between the reviews and the actual environment in the company. I’m 100% sure the positive reviews are either fake or written under duress (with a knife to their throats). This is a company that can—and should—be happily avoided for life.

Nice offices and that is it.

Bad management, no clear vision, very bad micro management, CEO lives in his own dream. Not a good service company to have as a supplier or vendor.
