One employee may go years with known issues while another may be fired for one. Communication between senior management and staff is very poor. After-hour events are described as "not mandatory but attendance is recommended." If you are easily offended by profanity or alcohol in the workplace, this is not the place for you. Not a good company for work-life balance.
