The flexibility offered here allows you to maintain a better rhythm between personal and professional responsibilities, especially helpful during high-pressure phases. Leaders and managers are approachable and genuinely invested in your growth. You feel heard and trusted. You’ll get to work with smart, skilled colleagues who are passionate about what they do — a real boost to your own learning. Compensation is fair and aligned with industry standards. The office environment is modern, well-maintained, and fully equipped to support productivity. One area that could further enhance Rishabh’s already strong culture is expanding the hybrid work model even for local employees--especially for experienced professionals seeking flexibility. Currently, WFH is mostly available for those far from the office. Making hybrid work an official option for all could boost productivity, reduce commuting stress, and reflect the company’s trust in its people. A shift toward quality-first delivery over chasing deadlines in every sprint would elevate the final output and reduce burnout. While the company is generally flexible, more focus on sustainable workloads for software developers would improve long-term morale and prevent attrition.
