Great food, good mission, fresh ingredients

Hostile work environment, high-stress, incredibly busy all the time, manager was always very strict, non-stop until shift ended

Free meal, early hours if you're a morning person, okay pay if you get enough hours. Some coworkers are really cool!

Management feels very green and unwavering. I was thrown into the fire with minimal training or support, and then was fired after a month, with no coaching or warnings about my performance. The manager and I rarely spoke before I got a termination email, so I thought any awkwardness was just growing pains and not reason for termination.
