I have been working with RippleHire for the last 3 years in the Customer Success Team. Learning has been immense. Customer Success Team has grown over the years. It's great to interact with team members with varied professional background and gain from the inputs. Leaders are approachable, knowledgeable and they spend quality time in mentoring the team. A truly flat organization - hierarchies and designations are kept aside. All team members are treated at par.
