Riplife has strived to hire the best professionals available, so the level is quite high. Likewise they are generally wonderful people to work with.

Upper management decisions seem to be taken on the fly without giving much thought to mid and long term implications. This leads to a sensation of uncertainty among employees.

Also given the opportunity to get involved with technology that isn't part of my official job title. My manager and director are very understanding and open to accept my input.
