The pressure of working in a semiconductor startup might be overwhelming, as in many semiconductor startups, workload ramps up very quickly before tapeouts and afterwards you will almost be almost free. So there's no constant workload over the entire year.

Hard to find employee's future with management, mid-level management mind sharing vision and its overall project plan with their staffs low salary, no benefit , no salary raise for 4 years This is good place for only top and mid-level management with regards to benefit
