      Poucos prós hoje em dia. Benefícios básicos, bom plano de saúde e só.

      A Riot vende um sonho que não consegue cumprir na prática. Trabalho presencial forçado, liderança incapacitada, zero planejamento de carreira e um funcionário de RH. Com o mercado tão aquecido, tem perdido muitos profissionais nos últimos meses. Infelizmente, não tem crescimento nem valorização do funcionário.
