Perks are better than other companies in Rio de Janeiro. Nice informal enviroment for developers. CEO is very close and careful.

The most of people are nine-to-fivers. The level difference between a entry class developer and topnotch developer is huge and sometimes it create a gap of communication. There isn't a carreer plan nowadays so don't expect to be promoted with no efforts. There is no continuous integration or automated process in the company is all handmade. Management is very sloppy.
