Pros
Great pay (compared to GA min wages), Korean students are interesting to talk to. It's a good way for me to improve my conversational and professional communication skills. Lessons are pretty interesting as well.
Kontras
It's difficult to schedule lessons with students due to time zone differences. The stars/strike policy is strict and can be difficult to appeal. It's hard to cancel or move lessons and communicate with the students about time changes. Feedback turnaround is very short and can be forgotten about easily.
