I don't see any positives other than you get to learn on your own. Is that positive?

The Director of Operations needs to learn how to manage and set expectations. The manager of the NOC is a hot head, does not know how to mentor. These folks are completely lost. The reason being the entire company that was with Magna5 and leftovers are pissed that their teams were stripped down to bare bones and now are constantly fighting fires. VERY VERY Dysfunctional.
