Pros
Ring payed well and has good benifits. They are all about appearance. Very proud of their appearance too. The Stuttgart plant was very close to my home and made it an easy commute.
Kontras
The leadership is not trustworthy. Everyone is looking to blame one another for problems. They do not follow thru with things they say they will do. Plus the plant where I worked until 3/16/15 was closing on 3/31/15 but when I got to work on Monday 3/16/15 they told me that I was not going to receive the severance package that I was offered when they decided to close the doors. I tried talking to them about it. But was later released by upper management on 3/16/15.
