Management is horrible and there is no HR! Not to mention for being a science company for skincare they cut a lot of corners including in the smallest thing like product packaging. The doctors are the worst to work with! They are rude and constantly are degrading the other employees and have no manners on how they speak to people! CEO also underpaid the techs and has favoritism towards doctors, including the ones that speak horrible to employees. If you want a $5.00 raise you can forget about it. Health benefits are the cheapest and worst. They also don’t have a great employees retention. People come and go as quickly as they get hired. They fire people with no valid reason, not to mention they let you go the same day but expect you to work the whole day.
