NOT worth it - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Riman: Mitarbeiterbewertung

RIMAN has been my home for over a year, and I've enjoyed my time at RIMAN so far immensely for many reasons. 1) Positive Mentorship and Growth Opportunities. The leadership at RIMAN's North America HQ is extremely committed to seeing their employees grow. I have watched 2 of my direct reports express interest in the direction they'd like to grow professionally, and I was given the ability to create positions for them in under a year to help them in their career goals. 2) Freedom to be Creative. I have always felt that I can bring new ideas, no matter how outrageous, to the upper management team, and would not have them shot down. I have not always worked in environments like this, so this autonomy to think big, and freely, about ways to innovate for the company, is so appreciated. 3) AMAZING Benefits. They match up to 5% 401K, have great health insurance at no monthly premium, and even offer a monthly COL stipend on top of salaries. They also provide us with entire sets of free product multiple times a year to ensure we can live the brand. 4) Modern and Employee Friendly Work Environment. They recently purchased a large office space, and it was very important to upper management to make it a place employees enjoy coming to. They installed walking pads, made sure to build in communal/non-desk workspaces, always keep snacks and beverages available to employees, and they’re even in the process of outfitting it with an employee gym. Again, these things may seem small, but they make a huge difference when you spend 40+ hours a week in a space. 5) Vision for Long-Term Growth. For me, one of the most important things is longevity when I decide to link arms with a company. I’m very pleased with their strategic innovation, expansion plans and smart decision making when it comes to investments, that lead to healthy growth vs meteoric, irresponsible growth. I can truly see the long-term, big-picture, and how I, and the rest of the team fit into it.

I don't really see many cons, but if I had to say, I think that one of them could be that this is a physical, non-remote office environment. There is little flexibility to work from home when needed. In today's world, that is a tough pill to swallow, so I would recommend they look into being more flexible in that regard. However, the office environment is a fun, positive one, so that is nice.

Flexibility. Make your own schedule. Work remote/from home/anywhere. The product is incredible!

Commission based only 20%. You must have 3 active customers a month to get your commissions. There are other ways clients can purchase and you don't get commission from that.
