They work you like a dog. They force you to use an auto-dialer. Management is not receptive to input. People are too handcuffed to leave to the company card to leave the role. 11 people on the SDR team have left since September 2025. The churn here is crazy. Also, racial/sexist jokes are made, and there is no formal HR at the company.
