      - Great team, supportive and collaborative environment - Very flexible at accommodating staff needs, flexible working - Management at guided by values rather than rules - You really get heard, not very hierarchical so anyone at any level can raise issues and be listened to - Great clients, clients are long term relationship clients who you can work with to develop solutions - Awesome and interesting projects, technically challenging

      - Because it's a medium sized company sometimes there aren't specialists in certain areas so sometimes need to team externally to deliver a package of work.

      Pros

      Great projects to work on, lots of opportunities from early on in career to management projects, interface with clients and see projects through from start to finish, those interested get to have input into the business operations and get involved in all sorts of initiatives. Great work environment, where staff are put first and feel valued.

      Kontras

      NZ owned and operated rather than multi-disciplinary so less opportunity to travel overseas for projects (although not unheard of) if that is what you are into.

      Great culture where it is large enough to have some great career opportunities, but able to get to know everyone.
