Pros
The training at Rightmove is genuinely one of the best parts of working here. From day one, the onboarding is structured, practical, and really helps you understand both the market and how to sell effectively. It doesn’t stop after the first few weeks either – there’s ongoing development, coaching, and plenty of opportunities to build your skills whether you’re new to sales or more experienced.
Management are supportive and approachable, and it feels like they genuinely want you to succeed. There’s a good balance between accountability and encouragement – you’re pushed to perform but also given the tools and feedback to improve.
The product itself is market-leading, which makes selling much easier. Most customers already recognise the brand and value, so conversations are about helping them get the most out of it rather than trying to convince them why they should use it.
Kontras
It’s a fast-paced environment and expectations are high, so it can feel intense at times – but that comes with working for a strong brand.
Systems can also be a bit of a nightmare to navigate - but it gets easier and there is a lot of investment happening
