Right On is a great environment, not so much because of the office or its location but because of its people. Everyone on the team is creative, excited, and helpful -- which you don't find everywhere! Leadership mainly comes from the founder, which is great, and any employee can sit down with him for 1-on-1 time to discuss clients, ideas, projects, etc. Overall, it's a positive atmosphere.

While the product is unique, it was falling a tad behind its competitors due to a lack of consistent product development.
