Senior leadership is completely disconnected from front-line personnel (they neither care about nor understand their employees). Salaries way below industry average. The company "doesn't believe" in cost of living adjustments. Raises are rare; there are plenty of employees that have not seen a pay raise in over 5 years. Understaffed/absurd workload. Poor internal processes. Over-reliance on contract employees. Weak intellectual property (our internally developed models, surveys, etc. don't have the same rigour behind them that our vendors' intellectual property have). Career development is a joke. NO one trusts senior leadership.
