There is no roadmap to follow, and we debate vigorously and look to first principles always. The team is brilliant, yet also low-ego and collegial. We expect a great deal of each other, but in a truly warm and supportive environment. You can wake up every day knowing that when you bring your best to work, others will too. I love the true, intellectually honest debates the team has. We really get to the heart of the matter, and everyone is heard and walks away satisfied. It's never personal, we all just want what's best for the team and the company. I've never truly seen this happen at another start-up. The leadership is strong, and Chad (CEO) is a great leader. He has a strong sense of direction for the technology and the business, and he is a deeply good person who is always looking to improve himself and the company.
