They are very down to earth, ask for feedback, and then act on that feedback. - Leadership is incredibly transparent - Great talent with an emphasis on a growth mindset - Constant improvement with structure & process. Hiring the right people to make this happen - Challenging. if you want the easy way out and to not challenge yourself, look elsewhere.

- Pivots and iteration is a great thing for improvement and alignment, but not everyone is cut out for start-ups. - When I started there were around 15+ initiatives. Now there are a few. Company listened and greatly improved focus, but the damage had been done and baggage created with some previous employees (as reflected in the negative reviews)
