You feel apart of something BIG and it's motivating and exciting! This is a place you join if you are committed and want to see the success of the company. If not, why would you be joining anyway?!

Per any startup, there are going to be growing pains. First-time Founders of companies are learning as they go as well. People forget they are human and hold them to standards of Larry Page! Things change often. Re Orgs happen. Decisions are made with the business and contract workers in mind. You have to be ok with that when joining a startup.
