The company cares about its team, provides top notch benefits, and pays really well. But what I love the most about working at RigUp is the candor that leadership brings to the table. There are a lot of weak players and weak managers who work here. They continue to get 2nd chances. You are only as strong as your weakest links and because the company is a rocketship, sometimes you have to trade out your weaker players as you find new success.
