I received a call from some random people, demanding my presence at a meeting. But I immediately shut them down, because the fool who claimed to be the operation manager was clearly clueless and spewing utter nonsense. I had my doubts from the start, but I decided to entertain their virtual interview. And guess what? They brought in another delusional lady, babbling on about who knows what. It was crystal clear to me that they were just looking for mindless drones, not skilled professionals. I did my research and spoke to employees who had been part of this sketchy company, and lo and behold, everything they said contradicted what the operation manager had blabbered about. That fake accent and pathetic attempts to be cool were nothing but irritating. And after reading more about their shady business practices, it became apparent that they hire and fire people within a few months. And let's not forget about the UK lady, she was straight up deceitful. Promising to take care of everything, but in reality, they just want to use you and toss you aside like garbage. This Pure BPO is a dumpster fire of a company, with no HR support or proper culture. They're just a bunch of liars who prey on innocent job seekers. I refused to be a part of their deceitful games and walked away without a second thought.

There is nothing good in this organisation

People are so unprofessional.. director and employees are bzy dating each other and coz of that they fire ppl if they keep there points.. not at all employe centric.. no stability.. so support.. pathetic behaviour towards employees.. they fire people without any reason.. no job security.. no perks..
