Laughingly low pay cannot compete with other companies in the area. Old, rundown, dirty, legacy machines are the backbone of this business. They refuse to spend money to meaningfully improve the constant issues, and leave the mess this creates at the feet of the weld techs. Technological advancements? Being competitive with industry standards? Spending money to make money? These concepts do not exist in the minds of Ridgeview's "leadership".
