The people who I worked with who felt the same way about a company with poor leadership and poor employee treatment. Employees don't matter at Ridgeview.

Across the system poor leadership who have no idea how to run a business to be competitive in the healthcare world today. A company who does not value employees or how hard they work. Everytime an idea was brought forward on how to compete with competitors employees were/ are put down. Ridgeview is 10 to 15 years behind their competitors in healthcare technology and competitive pay for employees.
