If you are lazy and just want to get by using the same old canned stuff year after year after year (and there are many of those kinds of teachers out there), this place is not for you. Teachers are expected to walk the talk - and that is likely too much for many. The teachers that stay are true masters of their craft.

Teachers are expected to continue learning and refining their lessons and their craft in general. A teacher who thinks that they can rest on their laurels will not be successful long term here.
