      Pros

      Some excellent teachers work here in spite of the many issues that surround them. A student that seeks and challenge will get what they came for.

      Horrible administration that disrespects and abuses its employees and an extremely cliquish faculty. Very little goes into developing teaching strategies and the administrative just ignores bullying and only reacts to issues when there are out cries. The principal is particularly poor at communication without devolving into individual's character and seems to revels in this.

      Pros

      A school that espouses traditional values, good character, love of knowledge, and the craft of education. If you are lazy and just want to get by using the same old canned stuff year after year after year (and there are many of those kinds of teachers out there), this place is not for you. Teachers are expected to walk the talk - and that is likely too much for many. The teachers that stay are true masters of their craft.

      Teachers are expected to continue learning and refining their lessons and their craft in general. A teacher who thinks that they can rest on their laurels will not be successful long term here.

      Admin plays faculty against each other. Can be toxic. Cost of living in FoCo. No accountability for head master
