The company is family owned and operated. Everyone works well together and the company cares about its employees.

The only downside was the compensation.

Strong social recognition platform in place where teammates can appreciate and recognize one another each day, including recognition training from the RMI recognition Management Institute.

I have not really seen any negative practices so far!
