The company is family owned and operated. Everyone works well together and the company cares about its employees.

The only downside was the compensation.

Many programs in place: sustainable development policies and practices, LUFA farm biological fresh produce program, spring and winter on site car tire change program, health & wellbeing challenges, public transit incentive program, not to mention starting each meeting with a recognition moment! Strong social recognition platform in place where teammates can appreciate and recognize one another each day, including recognition training from the RMI recognition Management Institute.

I have not really seen any negative practices so far!
