After 3 months on the job, the CEO takes the time to get to know each employee's journey and what brought them to Rideau. Many programs in place: sustainable development policies and practices, LUFA farm biological fresh produce program, spring and winter on site car tire change program, health & wellbeing challenges, public transit incentive program, not to mention starting each meeting with a recognition moment! Strong social recognition platform in place where teammates can appreciate and recognize one another each day, including recognition training from the RMI recognition Management Institute.
