Pros

Not many pros. Pay was good at when I accepted a position but during on-boarding I realized that getting healthcare insurance would cost $20K annually for a family of four on a high deductible plan. I did find that there was reasonable work/life balance.

Kontras

Truthfully, I don't know where to start. It's a really bad place to work. Poor leadership at all levels of management - everyone is too busy managing up and ignoring the relationships that are important. No accountability and a lot of blame. No one, including managers and leadership, wants to roll up their sleeves and get involved or help. You succeed, make mistakes and fail alone. Little diversity of thought and talent. Too many silos and too little communication between organizations. Account management tools are poor and make too many things difficult. Comp plan and methodologies are suspect. I never had a performance review and leadership stopped talking to me when I resigned. No transition, just silence. Personal cost of employment is very high. I felt lied to about many aspects of the job during the interview process. Healthcare ended up being 2X other employers - $20K a year for a family of four on a high deductible plan, You can't max out your 401K plan and employer contributions weren't as described.

Pros

Creative Services team in North America is led by an absolutely stellar Brand Director, with a fantastic team that continues to smash it. The wider business and fellow employees have always been genuinely kind, and the office environment is very friendly as well.

Kontras

I truly can't think of any! The team and atmosphere is great!

Pros

• Decent pay • Great benifits • Car allowance/reimbursement for a personal vehicle and depreciation • The ability to travel and build relationships with customers • Learning mechanical and electrical skills • Independence and teamwork

Kontras

• They just started enforcing the new commute policy which requires technicians to now give the company an hour of their time to and from work, if the customer is that distance away from their home at the beginning or end of day. Ultimately stealing up to 2 hours from the technician every single day and effectively punishing you for living so far away from a customer site. • Always coming with new ways to screw over technicians. They also just implemented new metrics that contribute to or take away from your bonus. • Sales reps usually always get the wrong equipment delivered to a customer and you have to be the one to deal with a screwed up mess • Lack of communication between sales/deliveries/management
