Remaining leadership and management is in complete disarray as Executives continue to drop like flies and often are not replaced. The layoff waves that began in April 2017 have completed diminished moral across the entire organization. Remaining customers that were not sold off to selected dealers are distressed because of ongoing rumors and a likely change in their long-time sales rep/support. FY17 sales comp plan was unachievable resulting in most top performers to whiff on their now conservative income goals despite bringing in more revenue dollars than previous years. New CRM transition in mid-FY17 was a colossal mistake when considering the tenure and subsequent computer skills of most remaining sales reps/managers.
