Sabotage by one company owner who wants to continually prove self worth by “saving the day” with no hesitation in throwing employees under the bus. Clients who are extremely unreasonable, pushy and borderline rude, with no support from owners in managing their expectations. This creates long hours, weekend work and no comp time. PTO and other employee perks are stingy compared to most Portland creative agencies.
