Horrible management styles - the people in charge are the inner circle of the family owners. The general management style is that the louder you can talk over or interrupt someone, the more correct/valid/important you ideas must be. The people in charge were put there by their last name and not because they studied the area they are now in charge of. The workers in the warehouse are treated as lower class citizens. The culture is horrible, management does not seem to care about employee concerns and the office itself is dirty and disgusting.
