Great bonus schemes (however, not for all maisons); great colleagues to work with within each team.
Kontras
Very poor management and distribution of resources. Quite often are the employees driven to burnout and only addressed when much too late. No control over their own brands. In retrospect, their top-performing and most well-known brand has complete autonomy and seems to be performing like a well-oiled machine.
