Horrible Upper Management. NO work/life balance. When everyone else seems to be going into 2016,Rice county has stepped back to the mid 1990s. A No tolerance policy towards work/life flexible balance was recently put in place. Its hard working with Co-workers that don't care because they know they will be at a new job soon. No flexibility
