They hire employees through consultancy, those consultancy ppl give any domain you want in Rica tech company... But they ask you to pay 15000 for that job. Even that company MD is also involved in it. you don't need to attend the interview they will release you company mail ID, that to in webmail ID. after that they release offer letter there is no sign and seal for that. After joining that company first 15 days everything was go smoothly. they give some HTM (Web design ) Related task even if you join for any other domain also they give you Web design related tasks ( not a Project ). All the employs are joined by paying money only. after one month you get know that they will not give your original offer letter, bank account, and they wont give you salary also. One fine day MD will come to meet you and he give Test on Web Design, if you ppl fail to get marks min 13 out of 15 they will kick you out of the company, like that he start kick all the employee because he hire new candidate for money and there is no space fore more then 30ppl... so he kick all the old employee by giving one month salary. Even he don't give any training to you ppl. simply he ask you to write a test. its a fake company. I lost my 1.3 lack money.. and legal Complaint lodge against that company MD Manoj, and other Consultants. so don't give money for any job.
