Left the company feeling entirely burnt out and under-appreciated. - No bonuses regardless of experience or performance - Competence lands you more work but the same pay as those who coast along/fly under the radar - Lack of progression - No Christmas shutdown - Management out of touch; targets set by desk-sitting higher ups - Ask people to use their holidays when over-staffed - Sometimes approve too many holidays and leave (already thin-stretched) staff worse off - 30min unpaid lunch while doing a physical job
