- Leadership hastily invests in new strategic initiatives and channels that more often than not don't work out. - Very lackluster onboarding that leaves employees unprepared, and no real coaching is given after that. - MAJOR retention issues, place is a revolving door, very few people have been there for more than a year, and people get let go for seemingly no reason with no warning. - While understandable for a young startup, for a company that has been around for almost 10 years, there aren't many streamlined processes for anything; it feels like a poorly run ship that's just been wingin' it.
